General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
Day: calendar day.
Durable data carrier: any means that stores information so that it can be consulted later.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to waive the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: WardrobeBright, located in the Netherlands.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded via the internet.
Means of distance communication: tools such as webshops, email, and online forms.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from WardrobeBright and to every agreement concluded via the webshop.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – The offer
All offers are non-binding. WardrobeBright reserves the right to change the offer.
Product descriptions and images are displayed as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer places an order and this has been confirmed by WardrobeBright.
WardrobeBright reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
After cancellation, the consumer still has 14 days to return the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Article 6 – Costs in case of withdrawal
The costs for return shipment are for the consumer's account.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the full order amount, including original shipping costs, will be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Article 7 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:
- made according to the consumer's specifications
- that are personal in nature
- that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- whose seal has been broken
Article 8 – The price
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Obvious errors in prices do not bind the entrepreneur.
WardrobeBright reserves the right to change prices.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
WardrobeBright guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and reasonable requirements of soundness.
Any defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Article 11 – Delivery and execution
Orders are executed with care.
The place of delivery is the address provided by the consumer.
The average delivery time is 6-12 business days unless stated otherwise.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment must be made via the offered payment methods.
The consumer is obliged to immediately report inaccuracies in payment details.
Article 13 – Complaints procedure
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period.
WardrobeBright will respond to complaints within 30 days.
Article 14 – Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
Article 15 – CESOP
In connection with European regulations, payment service providers may register transaction data in the CESOP system.
