Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession.
Day: calendar day.
Durable medium: any means that allows information to be stored so it can be consulted later.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Trader: WardrobeBright, based in the Netherlands.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded via the internet.
Means of distance communication: means such as webshops, email and online forms.
Article 2 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by WardrobeBright and to every agreement concluded via the webshop.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms.
Article 3 - The offer
All offers are non-binding. WardrobeBright reserves the right to change the offer.
Product descriptions and images are shown as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the trader.
Article 4 - The agreement
The agreement is formed as soon as the consumer places an order and it is confirmed by WardrobeBright.
WardrobeBright reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
After cancelling, the consumer has a further 14 days to return the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.
Article 6 - Costs in the event of withdrawal
The cost of the return shipment is borne by the consumer.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
Article 7 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Obvious pricing errors do not bind the trader.
WardrobeBright reserves the right to change prices.

Article 10 - Conformity and warranty
WardrobeBright guarantees that products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality.
Any defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Article 11 - Delivery and performance
Orders are carried out with care.
The place of delivery is the address provided by the consumer.
The average delivery time is 6-12 working days unless stated otherwise.
Article 12 - Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered.
The consumer must report any inaccuracies in payment details immediately.
Article 13 - Complaints procedure
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time.
WardrobeBright responds to complaints within 30 days.
Article 14 - Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
Article 15 - CESOP
In connection with EU regulations, payment service providers may record transaction data in the CESOP system.
