Order and delivery

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00 – New York) will be processed on the same day. All products first go through a short processing period before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 3–9 business days. This results in a total delivery time of approximately 6–12 business days from the time of order.

Delays
During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do our utmost to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding should any delays occur. We will keep you informed if necessary.

Shipping Service
For the delivery of our orders, we collaborate with reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and USPS. Thanks to this partnership, you benefit from secure delivery and will always receive tracking information to follow your package.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package.
