Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
We have a processing time of 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5pm (GMT/BST – London) are processed the same day. All products go through a short processing step before being shipped.
After processing, the average shipping time is 3–9 working days. Total delivery time is therefore approximately 6–12 working days from the moment you order.
Delays
During periods of unexpectedly high demand, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding if a delay does occur. We'll keep you updated if needed.
