Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product.

Upon receipt of your return and inspection of the product, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, via the original payment method.

The costs for returning the item from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense. The exact rates depend on the carrier you choose.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and – if reasonably possible – returned in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories.
